Growing up in Toronto, our taste buds were exposed to many flavours of the world. Our sense of taste was first influenced by home cooked meals and Canadian dishes served in local restaurants. As we got older, more cultures came into the mix. We were introduced to the diversity of our friends and the flavours of their country. We became explorers, trying different ethnic foods throughout the city and changing our palettes forever.
